The 2010 4Runner is available in 2WD or 4WD, and comes in 3 distinct models: the top-end Limited, the middle-of-the-road SR5, and the new Trail 4×4 for maximum off-road capability.

The 2010 Toyota 4Runner is fully-equipped with a 4.0-liter V6 engine mated to a 5-speed automatic. A 2.7-liter four-cylinder is also available for 2WD SR5 models only.
